Welcome to Card Expert. By downloading, installing, or using the Card Expert app ("the app," "we," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Card Expert is a mobile application that provides:
Features may use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate responses. AI outputs are for informational purposes only and may not be accurate or complete.
The app does not provide financial, investment, appraisal, or legal advice. Card values, rarity, condition, and related information are estimates for general information only. Actual sale prices can be higher or lower. Always do your own research before you buy or sell. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the app's content or AI-generated output.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Available auto-renewable subscriptions include:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may change. If they do, Apple will charge the price in effect at the time of renewal, subject to Apple's rules.
These Terms are in addition to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms.
You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload. By using the app, you grant us the rights necessary to process, store, and transmit that content to provide the service, including sending it to third-party AI and hosting services as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You can delete your account in Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your account and related data we control. It does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel that separately in your Apple ID settings.
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. CARD IDENTIFICATION AND VALUE ESTIMATES ARE INFORMATIONAL ONLY AND MAY BE INACCURATE. USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARD EXPERT AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED OUTPUT AND VALUE ESTIMATES.
We may change the app's features or these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms at this URL and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Card Expert. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
